When you submit your booking request, we manually check the availability of your chosen car for the specified date and time.
If your requested car is unavailable, we’ll promptly provide suitable alternatives to ensure you still have an unforgettable Nürburgring experience.
We’ll work closely with you to find the perfect match for your preferences and driving level, whether it’s a similar model or an upgrade.
Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send you a payment link for a 30% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival. Please note that your booking is not applicable until the deposit has been successfully paid.

Whether it’s your first time at the Ring or you’ve rented a car from another company before, you likely have plenty of questions. Let us address some of the most common ones we hear!
Can i cancel my reservation?
The 30% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation:
- Between 7 and 14 days before the reservation date: An additional 30% will be charged, totaling 60% of the full price.
- Within 7 days of the reservation date: An additional 60% will be charged, totaling 90% of the full price.
Fees for instruction laps or reduced excess options are fully refundable in all cases.
Is it necessary to pay a deposit?
Typically, no. However, customers may be required to provide a security deposit of the full excess level based on factors such as their profile, like age, experience on the track, behavior or attitude, language barriers, residency outside the EU, booking of a high-end vehicle, and other criteria. The decision is made at our sole discretion.
What shoud i bring with me on the day of the booking?
You’ll need to bring your valid driver’s license, passport, and booking confirmation. Additionally, we suggest wearing comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for driving to ensure the best experience.
